Run in Bern, we had a crush...

This run i the Swiss capital, undoubtedly one of my favorites. I really like this course, which is extremely varied, and it makes me travel, even though it is simply the capital of my own country, less than a 90-minute drive from my home ... Running in Bern is a change of scenery because in this small town, there is old and new, flat and non-flat, urban and forest, animals and German-swiss people… A quiet, serene run, very swiss run… and with very few traffic ... Come on, I take you to visit...
