Run in Rome Highlights
Distance : 13.2km (or 10.9, or 8.9km)
Elevation : low
Direction : clockwise
The perfect route to discover all the wonders of ancient Rome, its millenial history, and its charming streets. You will run into the biggest venue of all time, the Circus Maximus. You will also see two countries since you cannot discover Rome without getting very close to Vatican City, the smallest state in the world.

Run in Rome Trastevere
Distance : 10.5km (image) or 14.6km
Elevation : low
Direction : clockwise
Explore a lesser known area of Rome, beyond the Tiber, Trastevere, as the Romans say. Wander the narrow streets, be surprised by an ancient building that has nothing to do with Rome, or by a huge pile of amphorae. Enjoy the scenery of the city from Mount Janiculum, and the quiet banks of the Tiber river. You will also run through the Circus Maximus, and dream at the foot of the Colosseum. A beautiful tour, a little off the beaten path, without neglecting the classics of beautiful Rome.

Run in Rome – Colosseo, Tibre River and Vatican

The perfect route to discover all the wonders of ancient Rome, its millenial history, and its charming streets. You will run into the biggest venue of all time, the Circus Maximus, cross millenial bridges, and run along the Tibre River. You will also see two countries since you cannot discover Rome without getting very close to Vatican City, the smallest state in the world. Definitively one of my favorite tours.

Run in Milan
Distance : 10.6km (or 7.9km)
Elevation : flat
Direction : Counterclockwise
At first glance, Milan appears not as charming as some other Italian cities. Yet you will be quickly surprised by the variety of its neighborhoods and diversity of its architecture, and the many sites and museums that you can explore. And Milan is also the capital of fashion and design, and one of the most imaginative cities in Europe. Creativity, efficiency and progress, Milan gets a post-industrial identity, especially in the neighborhoods of Isola and Porta Romana. Absolutely worth a run.

In Verona, we travel and we run through each era and each culture, and each has its own style, from the origins and the Roman city, to the medieval center with the districts of San Zeno and Veronetta. Each time the walls of the city were destroyed and then rebuilt further to allow Verona to grow, and you can see in many places the remains of the various walls.
