Located on a hill overlooking the city, Montjuïc Park is a 250-hectare green space offering panoramic views of Barcelona and the Mediterranean. This park, born of the 1929 Universal Exhibition, is a harmonious blend of history, culture and nature.

Formerly a military citadel, it was transformed into a veritable open-air museum by the 1929 Universal Exhibition and then the 1992 Olympic Games, after having lain fallow for almost 60 years. You will run through Olympic infrastructures, parks, esplanades, gardens and viewpoints, that stand side by side with the Montjuïc Citadel, witness to many historic events.
